I was going to make this a lengthier project, but 2nd graders attention spans with a still life is kind of asking a lot! So, a 1-class period project it became.....and actually I think this is one of my favorite results of projects so far! I love the way they see things! They were requested to look behind the sunflower and draw what they saw, so you'll see fellow classmates heads behind them at other tables, art posters, the piano. Such vision! :) Each table had a sun flower.
