After reading "The Straight Line Wonder", a story about a straight line that doesn't want to stay straight, Kindergarten made artwork using the various lines seen in the story. I cut straight lines from construction paper, and showed the class how to make pointy, curly, curvy, with the straight lines. They all received glue, went for it, and had a blast. Sometimes too much fun with the glue, but we are just learning! :)
I give credit to Dana Wade Kuzwayo at East Prairie School for this project idea.
