Traditional Molas are made with cloth and stitching. 6th graders will make their Molas with paper. I have never done this project before, and am excited about the results! They begin tomorrow.
This site is dedicated to the Art Room at Chicago International Charter School in Chicago, Illinois. The first semester will be artwork from Irving Park. Second semester will be artwork from the Basil Campus.
This is such a great idea! I love Molas and I think the kids are going to have a lot of fun doing these. Can't wait to see the result of their efforts!
