6th Grade: Rousseau Jungle watercolors

I tried this project 2 ways. With one class I had them paint their paper plates, and with the other I chose not to use paint. Both turned out successful. They decorated the background with a jungle drawing.

3rd Grade: Chicago Cows on Parade

3rd graders learned about the famous sculpture project from 2000, "Cows on Parade". They chose a theme for their cow, and then placed the cow somewhere in Chicago. The cow shape was drawn by me.
